When to Use TalentRiver Extension

Use the TalentRiver Chrome Extension to sort and organize candidates directly from LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Sales Navigator - without leaving your browser.

This is perfect for quickly identifying strong candidates (like those open to work) and managing them seamlessly in TalentRiver.


Why use the Extension for sorting

With the TalentRiver Extension, you can:

  • Import candidates directly from LinkedIn searches you already like

  • Filter and sort automatically inside TalentRiver using your criteria

  • Set up Outreach Sequences to contact candidates at scale

  • Collaborate with your team by sharing notes, conversations, and updates

Start with a broad LinkedIn search - TalentRiver’s AI and criteria filters will then sort and rank candidates based on relevance.


Step-by-Step

How to sort candidates from LinkedIn

  1. Install and connect the TalentRiver Chrome Extension (if you haven’t already).

  2. Open LinkedIn, Recruiter, or Sales Navigator and perform your search.

  3. Open the TalentRiver sidebar on the right-hand side of the page.

  4. Click “Sort with TalentRiver.”

TalentRiver will automatically:

  • Analyze all profiles in your search

  • Import candidates into your chosen Assignment

  • Sort them based on your criteria, skills, experience, or location preferences
