Step-by-Step
How to sort candidates from LinkedIn
Install and connect the TalentRiver Chrome Extension (if you haven’t already).
Open LinkedIn, Recruiter, or Sales Navigator and perform your search.
Open the TalentRiver sidebar on the right-hand side of the page.
Click “Sort with TalentRiver.”
TalentRiver will automatically:
Analyze all profiles in your search
Import candidates into your chosen Assignment
Sort them based on your criteria, skills, experience, or location preferences
