Use a Template When Creating a Sequence

When you start a new outreach sequence, simply choose an existing template as your starting point. TalentRiver will load the structure, messages, and timing so you can adjust only what’s needed.

How to Save a New Template

You can save any sequence as a template:

1. Open the sequence editor.

2. Build or edit your outreach flow.

3. Click “Save as template” (bottom-left of the editor).

4. Name your template so you and your team can easily recognize it.

Your saved template will now appear in the list whenever you start a new sequence - ready to reuse or adapt.
