When using TalentRiver to reach candidates on LinkedIn, it’s important to understand LinkedIn’s connection request limits and how requests are scheduled. This ensures your outreach remains safe, effective, and compliant.

LinkedIn Connection Request Limits

LinkedIn limits the number of connection requests you can send per week.

• Standard accounts with some premium features: Typically 100–200 requests per week

• New TalentRiver accounts: Up to 40 requests per day, which totals up to 200 per week

Weekly Reset of Limits

The weekly limit resets one week after you reach your maximum, not on a fixed day.

Example:

• You hit your limit on Wednesday at 16:33

• Your limit will reset on the following Wednesday at 16:33

Scheduling Connection Requests

• Requests are not sent all at once

• They are distributed over time with random intervals to comply with LinkedIn’s sending restrictions

• Even if you schedule multiple requests, TalentRiver will send them gradually throughout the day
