In a sequence
On the Steps canvas, add an Email step (as an initial step or a follow-up on a branch). Fill in the subject and body; use Templates, Variables, and emojis from the toolbar the same way as other channels.
Prefer a short LinkedIn connection note first, then Email on “A connection, no reply” — clearer than stacking long emails up front.
