AI Variables

When you add steps in a sequence, use Variables to personalise each message automatically.

Classic and AI variables

Open Variables in the step editor toolbar. You’ll see:

• Classic — First name, Last name, Sender name, Vacancy name, Signature, Calendar link, and similar fields

• AI variables — lines TalentRiver writes around each candidate, such as why a past role fits, how their career progressed, why their skills match, industry background, similar company experience, current relevant company, or why their education fits

Insert a variable into the message. Where the editor shows a preview, check how the finished line will read before you enroll anyone.
